What is the AI Implementation Consultation?
The AI Implementation Consultation is a one-to-one call about what AI you can actually use in your business. It isn't a lesson: we go through the jobs that eat your week and I show you which ones AI can take on, which of the tools you already pay for can do it, and what to set up first. In practice that means workflow automation for reporting, support, documents and spreadsheets, AI features inside the tools you already run, and a plain-English roadmap of what to build next and what to skip. If you want it built, I put it in place with you and hand over something your team can run.
Who is it for?
Small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed people first, and anyone whose week is eaten by repetitive work: startups, solo founders, freelancers, agencies, clinics and practices, online stores, professional-services firms and non-profits. Bigger teams are welcome too. You don't need a data team, a big budget or a technical background, just a job that is slow, repetitive or stuck with one person.
What happens on the first call?
We go through how your business runs today: the tasks that repeat every week, the tools you already use, and where things get stuck. I then tell you plainly where AI genuinely helps, what it would take to ship, and what to skip, so you leave knowing exactly what you can use AI for in your business and where to start. From there it's either a single consultation with a clear plan, or ongoing help while we build it and roll it out.
